Phillips Chevrolet, located in Frankfort, IL, was recently presented an award from General Motors. It honored the dealership as the 2009 calendar year #1 Retail Selling Dealership in Illinois, Wisconsin and Indiana. The award was presented at the 2010 Chicago Auto Show. It is the 4th year in a row that Phillips has won this award.
