The Frankfort village elected officials attended Phillips Chevrolet's ground breaking ceremony on Monday, March 28, 2011. Phillips Chevy is renovating and expanding its showroom, service area and storage lot to better serve its customers. Phillips Chevy will be open for business throughout the entire remodeling process.
